While happiness is commonly related to human, it can be logically applied to business as business can be perceived as systemized body. Happiness for a person means that he has met most of his needs. Likewise, business is considered happy when all its needs to a certain extent are fulfilled. Of course, human’s needs are not similar to businesses. The factors that determine happiness in business will be discussed below.
To begin with, a business is said to be happy when it has reached mission fulfillment. Being consistent with the mission can prevent a business from making its production decline and its workers unhappy. Secondly, making profit at what the business is doing is an essential element for a profitable business. Numbers do not always characterize profitability if then you lose loyal customers in the long run.
The third factor is keeping your one business thing done properly. Products which are promoted using multi-offering method or also known as printing services can make customers unaware of your brand name. Last but not least, expenses reduction will make you happy with the result although it must be tough at the start. Nonetheless, human factors should also be applied to businesses besides the level of profit, employee number, business length of service, and even the role in the community of business.
